Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the audomate.eu website (“the site”), operated by DeepTech sp. z o.o., ul. Chmielna 132/134, 00-805 Warsaw, KRS 0001127965, NIP 5273130678, REGON 529687065 (“we”). By using the site you accept these terms. Customers' use of the Audomate platform is governed by a separate agreement.

1. What the site is for

The site presents the Audomate platform, publishes content explaining EU and Polish regulation, and lets you get in touch with us. It provides no services requiring registration or payment.

2. The content is informational, not advisory

The guides and blog posts explain the rules in plain language for general information. They are not legal advice and create no adviser–client relationship. Whether and how a regulation applies to you depends on your circumstances and your contracts; take professional advice before acting. We cite sources so you can verify them, and we date the content so you can see when it was last checked.

3. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, the Audomate name and logo and the site's code are protected by copyright and trade mark law and belong to us or our licensors. You may read the content, link to it and quote short extracts with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts, scrape the site into commercial datasets or use our marks without written consent. The quoted texts of EU and Polish legislation remain in the public domain.

4. No warranty; liability

The site is provided as it is. We take care over accuracy and update the content when the rules change, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current and free of errors, or that the site is always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content or from use or unavailability of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

5. Links

The site links to third-party pages (supervisory authorities, legislative databases, team members' personal sites). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

6. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Governing law

Polish law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where they apply.
