Privacy policy
This policy explains how DeepTech sp. z o.o. (“we”) processes the personal data of people who visit audomate.eu and get in touch with us. It satisfies the information duty in Art. 13 and 14 GDPR. It covers this website only; customers' use of the Audomate platform is governed by the customer agreement and its data processing terms.

3. Cookies and analytics
The website sets no cookies, and runs no advertising or social plugins. We measure traffic with Plausible Analytics, a cookieless tool: it writes nothing to your device and reads nothing from it — no cookies, no browser cache, no local storage — and produces aggregate statistics only. Your IP address and user agent are used to derive an identifier that lasts a day and are not stored; the salt behind that identifier is rotated and deleted every 24 hours. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive; the processing itself rests on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and you can object to it at any time under Art. 21. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when your browser fetches them, Google (Google Ireland Ltd., EU) receives your IP address.
4. Recipients
Hosting: Google Cloud (Firebase App Hosting), region europe-west4 (Netherlands, EU). Analytics: Plausible Analytics, operated by a company incorporated in Estonia, which processes and stores visitor data in the EU on infrastructure owned by European companies. Email: our business email provider, in the EU. Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise them, write to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
6. Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile visitors to the website.
